How we work.
Not every project is the right fit. This is how we figure that out — together. No shortcuts. No hand-waving. Just a clear, honest process from first call to final walkthrough.
You apply.
Fill out the project application. It takes about 3 minutes. We ask about the scope, the budget, the timeline, and how you like to work. This isn't a sales funnel — it's a filter. For both of us.
We review every application personally. If the project isn't a fit, we'll tell you — and we'll tell you why.
We talk.
If it looks like a fit on paper, we'll reach out. Usually a phone call first. Then a site visit. We walk the property, look at what's there, and start asking the questions most contractors skip.
This is where we figure out if we're the right team for the job — and if the job is right for us.
We scope it.
Before any work starts, we build a detailed scope of work. Materials, labour, sequencing, timeline. You'll know what's happening, when, and what it costs — before a single wall comes open.
No surprises. No "we'll figure it out as we go." That's not how we operate.
We build.
This is where 25 years on the tools shows up. Every trade is sequenced. Every detail is supervised. We don't hand off your project to a crew you've never met.
Rian is on site. That's not a selling point — it's how the work gets done right.
We hand it over.
When the work is done, we walk it with you. Every detail. If something isn't right, we fix it before we call it finished. Then we disappear — until you need us again.
